Clear and effective communication is a hallmark of WVI. Our scientists understand that knowing your audience, whether the public, water managers, stakeholders, scientists, or regulators is paramount to effective communication.

WVI scientists are leaders and experts in their respective fields. We have an impressive publication record specializing in water-resource vulnerability and sensitivity assessment, with over 50 peer-review journal articles, books, chapters, technical reports, fact sheets, and framework and planning documents.

WVI scientists have given over 100 presentations and are routinely invited to local, regional, national, and international conferences, symposia, workshops, and meetings, and have given many guest lectures, seminars, and training and instructional workshops. We currently serve on national and international advisory boards, expert panels, technical- and peer-review committees, and other professional services.
